What We Fix

Leaks & Water Seepage We Handle

If water is showing up somewhere it should not be, it falls into one of these. Send us a photo and we will tell you which.

Ceiling Leaking From Upstairs

Water staining or dripping through your ceiling from the unit above. We trace the true source before any repair — the leak is rarely where the stain appears.

Toilet & Bathroom Leaks

Leaks from shower areas, floor traps and pipe penetrations. Common in older HDB and condo units where the original waterproofing membrane has failed.

Wall Seepage & Damp Patches

Rising damp, bubbling paint and mouldy patches on internal or external walls. Sealed at the source so the finish does not fail again in six months.

Toilet Waterproofing

Full re-waterproofing of HDB and condo toilets, including membrane, screed and reinstatement of tiles to match the existing finish.

External Wall & Roof Leaks

Facade cracks, roof and gutter leaks, and window sealant failure. Access and sealing handled by our own team.

Commercial & Basement Seepage

Water ingress in car parks, basements, lift pits and plant rooms. Assessed, sealed and documented for building management.

Non-Hacking Repair

PU Injection Waterproofing — Fix The Leak, Not The Whole Bathroom

Polyurethane (PU) injection seals a leak by filling the crack or void the water is travelling through. The resin expands on contact with moisture and cures into a permanent seal, which means we can often stop the leak without hacking out your tiles.

For homeowners that usually means a job measured in hours rather than weeks, no tiling bill, and a bathroom you can keep using.

It is not right for every leak. Where the waterproofing membrane has failed across an entire floor, injection only buys time — full re-waterproofing is the honest answer, and we will say so at the inspection rather than after you have paid.

When PU Injection Works

  • Localised leaks through cracks, joints or pipe penetrations
  • Ceiling leaks coming from the unit above
  • Basement, lift pit and retaining wall seepage
  • Situations where hacking is impractical or not permitted
  • Occupied homes and offices that cannot be shut down

Common Questions

Leak Repair FAQs

Can you fix a leak without hacking my toilet?+

In many cases yes. PU injection lets us seal the leak path from below without tearing out tiles, which is faster, cheaper and far less disruptive. It does not suit every situation — where the waterproofing membrane has failed across the whole floor, re-waterproofing is the honest fix. We tell you which one applies at the inspection rather than after we have started.

How much does leak repair cost in Singapore?+

It depends on the source of the leak and how much reinstatement is needed, so we do not quote a number before seeing it. PU injection for a localised leak sits at the lower end; a full toilet re-waterproofing with tiling costs more. The on-site inspection is free and you get an itemised written quote before committing.

My ceiling is leaking from the unit upstairs. Who pays for it?+

In HDB and most condo situations the owner of the unit where the leak originates is generally responsible, but access and cost-sharing vary by case and by MCST rules. We are contractors, not adjudicators — what we can do is inspect and document the actual source in writing, which is usually exactly what both parties need to settle it.

How quickly can you come and look at it?+

Usually within one to two working days, and sooner for active dripping. Message us on WhatsApp with your area and we will confirm the earliest slot.

Do you work on condos and commercial units, or only HDB?+

All three. We handle HDB flats, private condominiums and commercial premises islandwide, including MCST and building-management jobs that need documentation.

Will the leak come back?+

Not if it is diagnosed correctly. Most repeat leaks happen because someone patched the visible stain instead of finding where the water actually enters. We trace the source first, which is why the inspection matters more than the patching.
